Traveling in Burma?

Do you thing it's a good thing to go travelling in Birmanie (Myanmar)? I'm actually not sure to make my trip there, cause ''ve read some books about Aung San Suu Kyi, Nobel price and democratic icon of resistance again Myanmar military opression… The question is hard: Should a traveller choose to travel in this beautifull country or boycott it? He better had to knew that every dollar which is spend there is mostly earned by the militar… and the repression goes on… but in other case, being there and trying to talk with citizens could help for some more developpement… can't explain…
